1.  乙方提供的材料：乙方供应的材料、设备,如不符合设计、施工要求，应禁止使用。如已使用，对工程造成的损失由乙方负责。如甲方要另增加材料由甲方供应，并应符合下列规定：

        Material provided by Party B: Any materials or equipment supplied by Party B which do not meet the design and construction requirements are prohibited. Any extra materials requested by Party A which were not in the original design must be paid for by Party A.
